Jessica Lehnhoff
Jessica Lehnhoff has been in the Houston area for over 30 years. Though she wasn't born here, she calls it home and loves so much about this great city. She attended Texas A & M University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Though her first drink of choice is coffee, she also enjoys the brewery scene in Houston and the craft beer that it has to offer (she worked for a short time at a brewery and was able to learn a thing or two about craft brewing). In her spare time, she enjoys Adoration, time with her pups, and exploring new restaurants and cafés in Houston

Native Houstonian, proud Texan, cradle Catholic, and loyal son of Notre Dame (Go Irish!). Master in theology (ND), former coordinator of Cafe Catholica, active in his parish (All Saints, Heights), and committed amateur racquetballer and sand volleyballer. "I see Mary everywhere. carlos falcon
Carlos Falcon is a resident of Kingwood, Texas, a member of the St. Martha's parish in the same town and is one of the adult teachers in his parish's confirmation program. By trade he is a CPA mostly performing commercial financial audits for privately held companies, as well as 401(k) audits for the same clientele and hopes to one day branch out and become a business owner. Furthermore, Carlos enjoys Catholic apologetic programs, such as Catholic Answers, and building his understanding of the faith via studying the life of the saints, performing Lectio Divina on daily gospel readings, praying a daily rosary, and spending time with our Lord in eucharistic adoration, and in the sacrament of reconciliation. On a personal note, Carlos enjoys watching sports, soccer, football, basketball and supports the local Houston sport Teams, but his favorite team to follow by far, is the Mexican National Soccer Team. Carlos's favorite beer is Modelo Especial, but enjoys giving a try to beers from all around the world, all in moderation and in good taste of course.
