Carolyn J Brown
Carolyn J Brown A former Floridian, Carolyn Brown now resides in Fairbanks, Alaska. With a passion for both history and education, she currently teaches middle and high school students at Monroe Catholic High School. She recently completed a Masters in Special Education from Seton Hill University and enjoys working and living in the nation's largest mission diocese. Carolyn has a deep love and appreciation for the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church and believes it's important to find God in all things (she may or may not have been influenced by attending/working at Jesuit schools). In her spare time, she can be found porch sitting, reading, watching movies, cooking, and playing cards. She is always up for an adventure and would never say "no" to exploring the outdoors, or spending time with friends.

Erik Dukes
Erik Dukes originally hails from central Virginia but has made a permanent living in Fairbanks, Alaska. He attended college at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and received his Bachelors in Architecture in 2012. He is currently working on completing his MBA from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with an expected graduation date of December 2018. While not studying for his degree, Erik manages the architectural practice for his company in the northern Alaskan region, designing buildings that withstand some of the world's most harsh conditions. In his free time, Erik enjoys playing and listening to hard rock/metal music, playing goalie for the local beer-league hockey teams, and cheers on his Washington Capitals every chance he gets.
